What Real Wildcats Know

It All Starts With Breakfast!

Research has shown the benefits of a healthy breakfast for school children. More students are eating breakfast and South Carolina's school officials have seen how this has had a positive impact on our students.

Hillcrest Middle School serves breakfast to our students each morning, at no cost.  Please encourage your child to eat breakfast every day.

Electronic Communication Devices

The board believes that the possession of electronic devices by students during the school day may have an adverse effect on classroom instruction.  Electronic communication devices are defined as  telecommunication devices, to include mobile telephones that emit an audible signal, vibrate, display a message or otherwise summon or deliver a communication to the processor.

Therefore, any student who is in possession of an electronic communication device as outlined in the district's policy and the Guidelines as noted below is subject to discipline as provided under the district's code of student conduct.
